As the result of sanction, Iran banking system is not connected with the international banking system or
SWIFT. Also, they cannot arrange L/C directly. Therefore, Iranian suppliers and manufacturer are always
using third party transaction system in different countries including but not limited to UAE, Turkey,
China and etc. The common payment term is 100% cash in advance. However, it absolutely depends on
the products and the quantity.
