1. Raw & Crushed Limestone

Naturally mined limestone, available in lumps or crushed forms.

Applications: Cement manufacturing, construction aggregates, steel desulfurization, chemical industry.

CaCO₃: 90% – 98%

MgO: < 2% – 5% (depending on deposit)

Size: 0–100 mm (crushed), 10–50 mm (lump)

Moisture: < 1%

 

2. Limestone Powder (Ground Calcium Carbonate – GCC)

Finely ground limestone produced through crushing and grinding.

Applications: Paints, plastics, paper, adhesives, animal feed, and filler in polymers.

Specifications (typical range):

CaCO₃: 95% – 99%

Particle size: 50–500 mesh (customized per buyer)

Whiteness: > 90%

Low heavy metal content

3. Quicklime (CaO)

Produced by calcining (heating) limestone at high temperatures, resulting in **Calcium Oxide (CaO).

Applications: Steelmaking (flux agent), water treatment, flue gas desulfurization, chemical manufacturing.

Advantages: High reactivity, strong neutralizing capacity, cost efficiency in industrial processes.
